An information project for the olive oil and wine supply chains
Our goal is to strengthen technical skills and awareness of sustainability in the olive oil and wine supply chains of the hill and Apennine areas of Emilia-Romagna.
Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore · CoPSR Emilia-Romagna 2023-2027

What is it about?
Perenne 2 is an information project led by the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore – Piacenza campus, in collaboration with Desam-Vinrà and Pillole Culinarie.
The project strengthens the technical, digital and management skills of the olive oil and wine supply chains in Emilia-Romagna, sharing scientific knowledge, results from the EIP-AGRI Operational Groups and sustainable best practices.
It aims to speed up the adoption of practices in line with the CAP 2023–27, improving competitiveness, climate resilience, workplace safety, the fight against illegal labour and resource management.
The project works in the hill and Apennine areas and brings innovation and research results to a multi-stakeholder ecosystem, bridging the gap between general awareness and the actual use of the opportunities offered by the CAP.
