Perenne2 – Together for sustainable innovation is a project by Università Cattolica, funded by the CoPSR Emilia-Romagna 2023-2027, that brings research results and good sustainability practices to the olive oil and wine supply chains across the region.
It is not only for industry professionals: it is open to everyone — producers, students, citizens and consumers.
